Do you have a loyalty program?
Liquid hair loyalty program is available to all clients to accrue points to enable you to take part in salon events and special offers. Ask our friendly staff for more details and monthly specials.

Should I reserve a time for my hair services and skin treatments?
Yes, this is best for the busy person, this gives us the best chance of accommodating your schedule. However we take every effort to for fill all booking requests.

Who can help me decide how to choose my services?
Our qualified staff will help you to plan your salon experience to ensure you walk out into the street looking and feeling great by offering you the best in service, style and advice.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to allow you time to  relax with a beverage before your service commences.

What if I am late?
Arriving late may limit the time of your skin treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so as not to inconvenience the next client. Arriving late for hair services may cause a delay to the usual streamline manner in which liquid hair operates. Please call ahead to advise us of your delay so to decrease the risk of inconveniencing the next client.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Your appointments are held exclusively for you.
You will receive a sms confirmation 24 hours prior
to this appointment. It will prompt you to confirm back.
We request any change to the appointment time be
made within 24 hours of the appointment scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Notice of cancellation and re-scheduling may incura deduction of 100 loyalty points
  • New clients cancelling or re-scheduling with less than24 hours notice may be required to pay a 50% deposit
    to secure future bookings.
    Working upon this understanding will allow us to continue to run on schedule. A much appreciated feature of our  business by our busy city clientele.

What do I wear during skin and body treatments?
Undergarments are worn for all body treatments. Where necessary disposable undergarments are provided.

What if I have special health considerations?
Notify the Salon assistant whilst booking in your treatment/service. Allergies, physical ailments or pregnancy. If you have any concerns at all, let us know.

May I request a therapist/stylist?
Yes of course! Please do so at the time of booking your service. All staff are fully trained and professionally focused.

What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it is room temperature, massage pressure, magazine selection or music volume…just tell us.

What about my valuables?
Please keep such items with you at all times.

Should men shave before a facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours
before their facial.
