Can I return a product I'm not happy with?

Please choose carefully as items can only be returned if they are faulty, are not what you ordered or you have an allergic reaction to them.

We strongly suggest that you find out your skin/hair type before selecting any items, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. How do I return a purchase?

1) Please choose carefully as items can only be returned if they are faulty, are not what you ordered or you have an allergic reaction to them.  Items  must  arrive back in new/ undamaged condition with original box, packaging and contents.
 So please insure you take as much care in package them as we did in sending them.

2) You must contact us before returning anything to obtain a return authorisation number. returns without authorisation will not be accepted.

3) Returned shipping  will be at the customers expense.

4) Returns policy is from 14 days of invoicing.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If your item that you received is faulty, please contact us immediately, you are entitled to a refund. If it is an electrical item and you wish to make a claim under warranty please read the following: Product warranties are held with the manufactures with a minimum 12 months, please hold onto your receipt for date and proof of purchase. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, contact Liquid Hair and we will forward the contact details of the manufacturer or product distributor who will repair or replace the faulty item.

Can I cancel an order?

Due to the order processing of our website we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

What happens if my  items are lost or damaged in transit?

Liquid Hair does our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. Liquid Hair uses Australia Post Standard parcel delivery. If you as the customer would like to upgrade postage to Platinum express postage, Australia post will give automatic compensation up to $100 should loss or damage occur. Please view the Australia Post website for terms and conditions of this service. Liquid Hair does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE with Orders over $150. For orders under $150 we use Australia Post, please check our shipping page for your options.

How does the shopping process work?

- Place your order - Pay by using your Paypal account - You will receive an email confirmation with your order details - Keep this email as you may need to refer to it - You should receive your order within 4-7 working days

Are all products displayed on the Liquid Hair website  genuine?

Yes, all products sold on the Liquid Hair website are 100%  genuine. Each product has come from original manufacturer for that particular brand. There are no copies, fakes, imitations or old stock.

What about out of stock items?

Liquid Hair endeavours to keep all products in stock. However if for some reason the product appears on our website and is out of stock. Liquid Hair will contact you and notify you of the delay. You will then have the option to wait or cancel your order.

Are my details secure?

Yes absolutely, Liquid Hair defiantly provides safe shopping environment for customers. Liquid Hair uses Pay Pal as their Payment Gateway. Liquid Hair do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.Our priority is to protect the personal information that we collect. How long will it take to get my order?
